Music Fusion – more than just a music charity!
Music Fusion is a young person friendly recording studio near Portsmouth. We offer a safe place for young people to write, record and collaborate with other likeminded young artists.
We asked our young people what they wanted for the Mavericks 4 album. Overwhelmingly they asked to collab with other studios and young artists around the country. Mavericks 4 aimed to produce a high quality and authentic album of material recorded in collaboration with
• Music Fusion – Portsmouth
• Sound Communities – Torquay
• The Pump – Birmingham
Aim - Help young artists experiencing barriers / challenging life circumstances to connect with a wider cultural and musical group. To be part of something bigger. To help young people facing challenges explore the term ‘Maverick’. Help them to be a critical thinkers, identify all their options and enable them to make smarter life choices.
This album was gratefully funded and supported by Youth Music.
